How does the 14-day free trial work?

When you sign up, you get full access to all features of your selected plan for 14 days at no cost. We'll collect your payment information during signup, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial with no charge.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time and the change takes effect immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period so you can continue using your current features until then.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Paystack, a secure and PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Supported cards include Visa, Mastercard, and Verve.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Each tenant's data is logically isolated, meaning your data is completely separate from other customers. We also maintain regular backups and comply with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act).

What happens to my data if I cancel?

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. After that, your data is retained for 30 days, giving you time to export it or reactivate your account. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the service before committing. We generally don't offer refunds for used subscription time, but we handle each request on a case-by-case basis. See our Refund Policy for more details.

Can I add more users to my plan?

Each plan has a set number of user seats included. If you need more users than your current plan allows, you can upgrade to a higher plan. Enterprise plans offer unlimited users.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No long-term contracts! All plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
